Help contacting Outgear Solutions

Hey guys, how are you getting in contact with Outgear Solutions? I placed an order for sliders last April and they haven’t replied to me since July.. I’ve been emailing, calling, and messaging on IG with no luck. If someone lives nearby I’d be willing to pay you to get me on the phone with these guys lol

 

file a chargeback with your credit card company. that should wake them up.

if you didn't use a CC, this is a good lesson why you always use a CC.

Well, he definitely should have not waited this long.

I see lots of stories like this. Why do people feel OK with getting pushed around by businesses? Just donate your money to charity if it doesn't mean anything to you.

 

Might want to try posting here where some other members are also having issues with that company.
