Ever since I've had my truck I've been noticing premature wear on the outer tread of the tires. I definitely take turns a little to sharp, but this is due to my trophy truck lifestyle. Doe you suffer from the same? Can I tell my local shop to adjust that camber and save my tires? Help!

Toe out wear would be on the inside edge of the tires, not the outside. Also no "street" alignment is going to be toe out.

You could just be wearing the outside edges from aggressive turning, or there is an alignment issue that is not toe out. Are these the tires that came with the truck or did you pick out something aftermarket?

    Pictures might help too.

    That's what I'm afraid of...

The tires I've got now are Falken Wildpeak AT3W. 265/75 16.

Stock tires were doing it too. Maybe even worse. I'll try to update with a pic from lunch.

Alignments have three settings, camber, caster and toe. Caster does not cause tire wear it's mostly a handling adjustment. Camber is the tilt of the tire towards the engine or out toward the fender and is a tire wear setting. Toe is the setting of the tires straight ahead with a small amount of adjustment pointing them towards or away from each other and will cause tire wear. Since it is happening on both tires I doubt it is the camber. Sounds like you have to much toe-in and the tires are wearing on the outside of the tires. Toe can be knocked out of adjustable very easily on off road vehicles. If you plan on owning the truck for a long time and offroad I would suggest going to a local Firestone dealer purchase their lifetime alignment and just have your alignment checked periodically. Hope this helps!

I've actually got a lifetime alignment service at my local shop. I just wanted to make sure I was asking them to do the right thing (camber vs toe-wise) in order to keep this from prematurely wearing my tires.

I left my truck at factory camber, 3.5 caster and 0 toe. Yes it wonders a little on a heavy crownded road but suits me. I also have a 2in lift and SPC UCA's. Good luck!

    How often are you rotating?
What pattern are you using for tire rotation?
    Factory wheels?
    Wheel spacers?

Factory alignment is more or less:
    +2.0 caster
    +0.50 camber \ /
    +0.01 toe / \
