Currently have bucket seats in my 2000 Tacoma regular cab, but want a decent condition 60/40 split bench instead. Been checking on local listings on craigslist, ebay and pick-a-parts, but sad to say no luck. I'm local in Southern California, thanks for any feedback!

that made a huge difference, but if you need it for a third person then you will have a rough ride

Nice seats! Yes, benches are not comfy, but I want that 3rd seat capability. The dogs are tired of sharing one seat!

Fox 2.0 Coilovers in the front and Fox 2.0’s in the rear, Total Chaos UCA’s, Al-lpro expo leafs, K&N cold air intake, TRD headers,Magnaflow catback exhaust,URD short throw shifter, switched out my 60/40 bench seat for some Tacoma Limited seats, Replaced the vinyl shift boot for a leather one, completely soundproofed the cab w/ Frost King. Replaced stock radio with a Pioneer AVH series head unit. Focal component system w/a 10" sub powered by 2 Alpine amps. Weathertech floor mats. Line-X'd the bed. SCS Ray 10’s, Installed an A.R.E. MX series camper shell. All-Pro Apex front bumper w/ All-Pro skid plates all the way back to the Trans. Low Range fuel skid plate.
I had 60/40's and came a cross a guy on here selling Limited Tacoma seats. (Just like the 3rd gen 4Runner seats.) The 60/40's were unbearable on long rides. You could however buy a Purple seat cushion and those things are amazing!

I'm not fooling anyone, I have no idea what I'm doing beyond standard vehicle maintenance. Most of the previous modifications were done by previous owners. All maintenance done by local shop. Purchased at 228k miles for $3900; younger ~120k 2.7L engine installed at 230k for $9k...ouch. 31" Toyo Open Country M/T Replaced previous shocks/struts with KYB Monomax at 233k miles. Looks to have a 3" body lift in rear. Leaf springs seem to be sagging quite a bit. Currently have a rattling left front wheel (I'm told it's the CV joint and/or axle). Goals: Fix front left CV issue. (Diff drop?) Refresh leaf springs. Build a sleeping platform for comfort camping/base camp. (Auxiliary power?) Replace bench seat with 60/40 preferably or reupholster. Tackle more trails. Improve ride without excessive modifications to classic look. Debating winch/light bar. Don't break more things. Competing interests: Possibly want to buy a house(boat?) Want to enjoy the PNW non-motorized outdoors. Want to acquire pricey toys to propel myself down mountains.
Hmm. I have bench seats (in well worn condition) and I am also looking for 60/40 split, but might consider buckets. I don't have dogs...yet. Seattle.

I'm taking out my 60/40 bench seat and replacing it with buckets. I'm in N. Cal. Driver side upholstery worn/torn in the usual Toyota wear pattern: not yet horrible but not pretty either. My truck is same color as the one you've pictured on your sig. PM me.

I have the stock bucket seats one is kimda showing its age(drivers side) is yours blue by any chance? What I did for a 3 person was get a seatbelt from Amazon imstalled it in between the bucket seats and built a little seat for the middle if a 5 foot person wanted to tag along, only person to sitt in the middle was my lil sis, bench seats are comfy, but the buckets ‘hug you in’ makes for a better feel

My seats are the tannish-beige neutral color that came with the gold-colored paint.
