Just lifted the truck a little higher, now I’m getting high beamed from on coming traffic. Would anyone happen to the turning ratio of the adjustment screw behind the headlights?

I can't give you a specific ratio, but it is a lot. Best thing is to park 25 feet away from a wall, turn on your headlights against it and adjust each one until you start to see the beam drop.

There is a more specific procedure for measuring the beam height. It's not complicated to do.

Small lift, slightly oversized tires, well...
When I did mine, I turned my adjusters two turns clockwise. I didn't go through the whole procedure by the book, there was a considerable change in the height of the beam against my garage door. I haven't been flashed since.

Park at the wall and chalk mark the wall at the centre of the bright spot, move 25' back and adjust the bright spot to be 4" lower than what you had just marked.
