    Soon...
    It's a three step process.
Step one: torque bolts to 29 ft/lbs
Step two: tighten bolts an additional 90*
Step three: tighten bolts an additional 90*58a472583737c7cb4f4339b1bca7ee61_f06200babb7fbf7939f7bc3ddf5114884e118cf6.jpg

After they are all at 29 ft-lbs, you turn them each 90° with a regular wrench in the order shown, then another 90° with a regular wrench in the order shown. Put a paint mark on the top of the bolts so you can verify that you turn each the correct amount. You don't want to have the wrench slip or something and not know how many degrees they were turned.

Also clean the holes out with compressed air, be sure the bolts thread in nicely before you place the head on the block. Coat the threads with a light coat of engine oil and a light coat on the head bolt washers. The torque value of 29 ft-lbs is based on this.

After tightening the the main head bolts, for the 2 bolts in front if the timing gear the 96 repair manual says:
    (g) Install and torque the 2 bolts.
    Torque: 21 N·m (210 kgf·cm, 15 ft·lbf)

I'll mention that there are 2 locations where sealant should be applied under the head gasket on the head just behind the timing gear. You'll have to download the repair manual or find a diagram or thread where someone shows that.
