Having a hard time finding a Owner's Manual PDF for 1995 Tacoma LX v6 4x4

Welcome to TW! Many manuals are available through the Toyota Owners' Web Site. Unfortunately, '96 appears to be the earliest Tacoma for which manuals are available. (Given the slight variances from year-to-year, that might still be helpful, if you're unable to locate a '95 soft copy elsewhere.)

It's not an Owner's Manual but, depending on the specific information for which you're looking, the Factory Service Manual may prove useful. There's a Sticky for them here that directs to the current Web archive, from which you can download the 1995.5-1997 Toyota Tacoma FSM (2)(3)RZ-FE 5VZ-FE FSM.
