Anyone used this tool? I am trying to replace my lower control arms and the camber bolt/sleeve is rusted to the bushing.

Eighty dollars for a modified C-clamp? Use a reciprocating saw and cut the sleeve. Or if you really don't want to cut it for whatever reason lift up your back seat and take your bottle jack out and use a socket to press it out. There are like a million ways to get that out that wouldn't cost any money or leave you waiting on a tool to arrive. It's hardly worth the effort of fighting the seized sleeve while on the vehicle.
