Has anyone used rust buster frame repair kits?

I posted a few days ago, that my frame has terrible rust. There are two holes under the passenger cab. So far I got two quotes for partial frame replacement, between $4000-$7000. I saw this rust buster frame repair product. What do you guys think?

There’s a few manufacturers that sell those parts in different areas of the frame. The problem is you need good metal to weld too and some frames may be so rusty, those parts will not work either.
It would be a big waste of money if you bought those and couldn’t use them. Let a frame repair shop make that decision before you purchase.
