We have no clue what you are trying to accomplish.

I understand there may be another Bilstein option more appropriate for 3rd gens.

However, I do recommend just calling Marie @HeadStrong Off-Road and solving your quest that way, rather than just throwing darts one at a time here.

I have. Word of advice, avoid putting the stock coils on them, the ride is harsh. I went with 5100's and Eibach coils and toytec mini leaf pack in the rear. The Eibach's on the lowest setting gave me a 2" lift.

I did the front 5100’s at .65 inch lift and drove it for a while prior to installing the rear 5100’s.

I feel that the ride is now only slightly firmer than the stock 4600’s with better handling and less body roll and lean in driving curves with the 5100’s, but it still soaks up large speed bumps well along with controlling the suspension nicely over rough roads.

It was a pleasant surprise for me over the stock shocks.

Installing 5100 only on front at 2nd highest gives you 1.75 lift so just a bit of rake. Putting on top notch, you can get 2.25 but you will nose high

That's only for the older 5100s. New one's have different lift heights and another notch.

You have to be more specific what you want a picture of. I have bilsteins 5100s and no lift. So if you want a picture of that, you're just going to see a non lifted 3rd gen truck. If you want a picture of the different lift heights that the stock coils at different notches, then you're going to have to do a little digging on the site. I agree with @OregontoBajaCA I would limit yourself to the second notch with stock coils, because even the 3rd notch (1.1" lift) makes the ride noticeably bumpier.

I did with 885 OME coils - 1.5-1.75"~ of lift on the lowest setting notch. Then a few weeks later I installed them in the rear as well. (They provide no lift in the rear)

If you want pics let me know.

I just did throw a 1" block in the rear for the time being. It looked pretty level on flat ground but once you started driving you could see it squatting in the back and it started to bug me.
