Guys, I know a great way to make the dealer drop the price on the grills, don't buy them right now. Wait a bit, they will come down considerably. But the hats are in big demand...

What do you think the Pro Grill in Grey would look like on a white Tacoma? I can get one for free from a buddy in NY... He is replacing his with an aluminum one with some kind of transformers emblem.

Tough one. IMO it would need the Baja beadlocks wheels or the FJ Trail Team in Anthracite to compliment it.

Thanks... Generally I have a hate on for Chrome but yours don't look bad...worst case I can always paint the surround white if it looks dumb

Thanks man. It looks cleaner in person I can tell you that. Opt for an OEM white grill surround, I've read frustrating stories about converting chrome to paint

It was completely unintended but i like how the lettering on the Pro grill matches the ring around my rims, both are an anthracite grey... Thinking about painting the surround black but then I'd want to do my rear bumper and all my emblems. I think it kinda looks tasteful with the bits of chrome throughout.

Nice!! Man those were my same thoughts. The lettering on the grill matches my Baja wheels, while the chrome surround matches my rear bumper, headlights and "beadlock" rings. It's not a bad amount of chrome in person, it's just right.

WP_20150326_16_00_41_Rich.jpgHad some heartache waiting for delivery after spending close to 400.00 but the second I finished installing it, it was worth every penny. I get compliments on it all the time.

How does one "get compliments all the time" on Tacoma grille. Do ppl stop you when you are walking back from food shopping?

I uh um still can't understand honestly why someone would pay 350.00 to 450.00 for a plastic insert. A brand new complete painted grill is 187.00 shipped from Camelback. I honestly like the Satoshi or Raptor type grills a lot better for the money. And at least you can put light behind those. You can't with the Pro grill as it will look quite ugly. But hey your money and your grill.

I like this look a lot better for that kind of money.
