Hey all I'm gonna be getting some new tires in a couple months and saw these Hankook dynapro atm's and they look pretty good. I have the bfg ko2's on now, but don't really wanna spend $1000 on tires this time. I mostly drive on the street in socal, and go up to the mountains to camp and fish. That's the only time I go off roading. I would love something that is a little better on the road than the bfg's, maybe a little smoother. However, I would rather by a quality tire and spend some cash than do something cheap. Any suggestions?

I put them on after running e load general grabbers. Honestly only bought them cause I got then $317 shipped to my house 265/75/15 C load @ 38lbs each.

Impressions - Pros = got me in and out of WY back country, quiet on the road, wearing well, cheap

Cons = not the sexiest tire out there, but at the price I couldn't pass it up

My truck came with a set of these. They were in pretty good shape and found they worked very well in wet/snow conditions.I started to notice cracks forming between the tread blocks after about a year of wheelin which had me worried.I discovered they had date codes on them and found they were 10 years old ( it was a city truck that didn’t get driven much),so I replaced them with a set of k02 ats.

I’ve run 3 sets on other trucks. I’ve found slightly better traction on the slick stuff than a KO2, and far longer on road life. I think they are one of the more underrated tire out there.

I'm on my second set, I like them just fine. They wear well, and get decent wet dry traction. I don't drive enough to wear a set out in 6 years, but after that amount of time, I replace them with a new set. I agree with DiamondW, I think their underrated.

I price matched the ones on ebay at discount tires that included tax,
So I paid extra for mounting and balancing above this price.

They might have a 15 percent discount special now as shown

I currently have them on my truck in a 265/70-17 with about 45,000 miles on them. They have been awesome so far. Amazing how they have been in the snow, lighter then stock and way lighter then every other tire I looked at. I dont do any real offroad so didnt want a crazy beefy tire, but do like the look some.

They are not worn out, but I ordered a new set today in 255/70-17 to be mounted tomorrow. I drive in winter alot for skiing chasing snow so id rather replace a tad early for best results.

I think they are the best bang for the buck tire available.

They came on one of my trucks. 15". They still have 80-90% of the tread. One outing in 4" snow performed well. Noticeable noise and develop a harmonic at certain speeds, but not loud. They are AT after all. Ride is okay. For the cost, I feel they are a good option.

I have these tires on a P rated, 265/75/16. I too live in socal, 95% of my driving is on road, the other 5% is fire road going up to my family's cabin. I've had these for about 45k miles, been very happy with them. Ride is good, treadwear is good ( I rotate religiously and keep them at 36 psi). They look pretty aggressive, the sidewall could be prettier. I will probably buy these again when its time to replace my tires.

Toytec coilovers. Height adjustable Bilstein's. 265/75/16 MT. TRD wheels. Rebuilt r150f. Marlin clutch kit. All kinds of new parts...
I have the MT on now. Next tire I am going with the AT. MT is loud and I go them syped so they are not too bad on the ice. I think the AT would do a better job at that. Off-roading the MT is great though

I had them on before. P265/75r16 cant complain, wheeled them lightly. Fire roads, snow, and Gold Mountain and tons of highway miles. However, i switched to Falken AT3 and like them better. road manners feel the same to me, price isnt too big of a difference. the falkens look beefier.
