Thanks man, yes they are bolted into factory holes. With the Archive Leaf pack and Hammer Hangers alone I'm pulling 15" of travel.

That's impressive with a SOA setup. Mine are being delivered right now. I have Allpro expos and 12in Kings w/adjusters on the way. I suppose my shocks will still be the limiting factor in my setup. I want King bumps really bad. Your setup is legit man!

Thanks man, yeah I'm super stoked with the Hammers and Leaf pack that Eric offers. I would recommend installing everything minus the shocks and measure full droop. Bolt in some limit straps if needed to save the shock from bottoming out.

That's what i had planned. I'm not getting the shocks for another month as they are still on my buddies truck. But the shackles will be on this weekend. I just measured out my ride height and droop numbers so that way I can report back with numbers.

Can't wait to install this weekend and build the cross tube. I have both round and square 1 75 .120 wall. Not sure what I want to use yet

What is your individual down travel...to be more specific, stationary with tires on the ground but one side flexed and bump stops being the limiting factor. Just curious.

I don't have any numbers, but going off my last wheeling trip getting full flex/droop individually achieving 15" would not be a problem. IMOP the Archive Deaver leaf pack paired with these hammer hangers is the best Spring over setup available. I was going to link the rear, but after driving/wheeling these hammers/Deavers I'm keeping it the way it is. I need to strap the rear at 14" of droop then I will feel better about really testing the limits...Oh and of course sexy flex pics.

So with the Hammer Hangers (and looks like the 4.9" shackles) and the custom Deavers, how much lift do you suspect one could expect? Also, will this rear spring set up hold any amount of weight, or if you have an expo style rig and need lots of weight handling would you say that the OME Dakar or Icon RXT kit would be a much better call? At the moment my Dakar's with extra leaf are pretty much flat and need to redo the rear end. Hammer Hangers are a guarantee, but what springs?

Not knowing what his response will be, Deaver makes custom packs that fit your requirements. You just have to let them know what you’re looking for.

This Archive specific pack is intended to be a performance pack, not for heavy trucks, but not too light. Lift is about 4.5-5" on Throttle231's truck with rear about 200lbs over stock weight.

I wouldn't bet on this pack being right for weight, I'd recommend the U402HD packs if you have about 600-700lbs over stock.

Sorry work pulled me away. Just like Eric said, I'm at around 4-5" overstock. With my Bed cage, spare tire(37") and jack I'm over 200lbs in my bed everyday with almost zero drop. The pictures posted is with weight in bed and you can see how big the arch is still. This pack is perfect for performance and mild expo. For the 600-700lbs Daily driver guys defiantly go U402HD...Just let Eric know what daily weight you will carry and he will take care of you.

I have the AG HH paired with Deaver U402s. Haven’t taken measurements, but ride is amazing with all the added weight to my truck (fully armored, full size spare, and solid recover gear and tools onboard all the time).

I almost pulled the trigger on the Archive shackle flip kit, but now I'm really glad I waited for these Hammer Hangers. No measurements or flex shots yet, but here are some quick shots from the install and the end result on my 07 DCSB running OME CS047R Dakars.

Crazy how flimsy and thin the stock hangers look, especially in comparison to the Hammer Hangers:

I was somewhat worried about the clearance of the Hammer Hangers and the mounting brackets of my 4x Innovations HC bumper, but there is plenty of room:

My OME Nitrocharger shocks are (as Eric predicted) definitely now the limiting factor in terms of droop travel, and so I'm looking forward to getting some longer shocks and continuing to test out these hangers. So far so good!

Thanks for posting, interested in hearing your opinion on ride quality with the Dakars once you've had some time with them, thanks for the support

Man the more I read about these hangars the more I am getting stoked to get my pair!:D

I think I'm probably going to be one of the few people running a totally stock leaf pack, be it the pack currently on the truck or potentially a TRD PRO or Off Road pack...
(Strangely enough my Access Cab SR has the same PN leaves as a TRD Sport... I've yet to figure out what the actual difference is in spring rate too.)

I had been searching for a way to get the rear end only about .5" to 1" up, and I knew I wanted upgraded hangars anyways so this was a great option for me!

Archive Hammer Hangers are on and what a difference. I didn't think it would be as good as it rides and that was just from a quick 10 minute drive. My setup is bilstien 5125 with Allpro Expos and archive hangers w/stock shackle. Will be paired with some 12" kings soon. Gained 1/4" lift and 1 1/2" of droop. Now my shocks are the limiting factor. Thanks @ARCHIVE
First two pics are before and the rest are after.

    Ride height 40 3/4"
    Droop 43"

    After

    Mike,

Thanks for your support and choosing Archive! I'm thrilled that you noticed the ride quality difference, preach it! The droop gain is a nice improvement as well. I appreciate your taking the time to post results here -Eric
