I removed the grill on my truck in order to put a new horn on. While doing so I managed to break 4 clips. Anyone know where I can get any?

Exactly what I did. Toyota's design of the clips are weak and terrible. I just went out got some and zip tied it up.

What, no chewing gum or duct tape or coathanger wire? ;)

I would get new clips. Those stock clips are a pain only the first time.
Once you figure out where they are, how they work, and the right tools to use, they are easy. You shouldn't break them the next time.

Replace them. They will easier to remove than zip ties and hold the grill better without rattling. They should be plentiful at the pick-n-pull yards, and are likely used on many different Toyota models. As I recall, there are 2 different types that are used on our front grill.

    Just my .02 cents

I only have one type of clip securing the grill on muh '00 (7 total)

    I rarely break them nowadays.
But plastic does get brittle over time.
so on occasion... even with careful removal...
    the tab will break off.
and it's either replacement clips or zip ties when that occurs.

currently I only have 6 clips mounted.
the lower center support clip is mia
holds fine with just 6 :D

    ---------------

advice on grill removal and install...

    Removal...

Release the clip's tabs from the grill mounts, then remove the grill.
    * a slight outward pulling force, at the grill,
will insure that the tabs release and stay released.
failure to do so... may allow the clip's tab to re-lock

    Once the grill is removed...

The clips will stay mounted into the slots of the radiator surround.
To remove them... simply turn them 90* and they come out.

    To reinstall...

Insert the clips first into the grill
then align the grill/clips into radiator surround slot openings.

Once aligned correctly... just press the grill into place.
It should make a distinct click when the clip's tabs lock into place.

    zip ties!!!

3 minutes to put them on, 1 minute to cut them off.

They held the grill tighter than my clips did...resulting in far less rattling.
