Got 24000 miles and time to replace all 4 tires.
I like to always buy the same parts that came with the truck from the factory.
I see Wrangler All Terrain Adventure with Kevlar 265 /70 R16 112T SL VSB TM have been discontinued.
    Now I have to change.
    Options -
Goodyear Wrangler UltraTerrain AT 265 /70 R16 112S SL SBL
    or
    Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 265 /70 R16 116T XL OWL

What other options do the forum members recommend?
I drive on pavement and forest service roads.

You will get a lot of varying replies. The Michelin’s are know as a premium tire with out standing road manners also they are XL rated so a slightly high load carrying capacity than the Good Years. I found it best to look for tire reviews after 10k+ miles have been driven. A lot of the reviews are five star stellar reviews that someone uploaded after the drive home from the tire shop. the Tire and wheel sub forum on here might have more details for you. I recently purchased four Cooper Discoverer Road + Trail. They checked the right boxes for me and have a 100$ rebate currently.

I like Toyo Open Country AT3's, but I can only get about 30k out them. Either one of those you picked would be fine.

    @Ryan P,

As stated above... the Michelins get rave reviews. I think many of us choose a different tire as we're wanting a more AT/off-road tire.

I always recommend Duratracs, but they're too aggressive for most folks.

Wildpeaks are a little more street friendly!

Nitto TerraGrappler G2 is a very street friendly tire with rugged looks. They suck. Terrible wet traction. The move currently seems to be putting rugged looking sidewall darts and knobby looking things that do nothing on otherwise highway tires. Not sure the answer here, but I would avoid the Nittos. Kinda of eyeballing Firestone Destination A/T2 as a street tire.

The OE tires weren't discontinued entirely, they were just renamed/rebranded. If you want to buy OE tires now, you have to buy Goodyear Wrangler Territory AT

Same year and trim. I replaced the Goodyears at 50 K with the Michelin Defenders and immediately noticed improvements in ride quality, handling, and noise. Wish I had switched over sooner.

Cooper AT3 XLTs. I run them in 295/70/17s and they’re great.

I have 40k on my goodyear ultra terrains with little sign of wear. When they go I’m getting another set.

I like BFGoodrich All Terrain K02’s. I’ve gotten 50+ thousand miles out of them a few times. And they have handled great on muddy back roads and trails.

I have 40k on my from the factory Goodyear tires. Looks like I can go another 40k no problem. Am I doing something wrong?

The Michelin Defender LTX is hands down the best tire for ride quality, noise, traction, durability. It won't win awards for looks though compared to a BFG, Goodyear, or other popular AT tires.
