If you're looking for beefy, don't go with the Goodyear. They are not that aggressive.

Placed an order on the 285/70r17 BFgoodrich ko2 and a 2.5" leveling kit, should be coming in today and installed tomorrow.... Might be looking to change the stock wheels later in the future... But we'll see how they look tomorrow...

So here it is, installed 285/70R17 BFgoodrich ko2s on the stock wheels with a 2.5" leveling kit on front and because I got some wheel rubbing on the control arm at full turns I had to put on some 1.25" wheel spacers, got rid of the problem. I did have to remove the front mudflaps theIMG_20180329_083046088.jpg IMG_20180327_142827562_HDR.jpg

Very Nice! What’s the width on the sports? I know they are 17’s but not sure if x 7’s or 7.5’s! And I know I know I can search for that before someone scolds me for asking! Lol

Man, I know the Goodyears work ok, but you are right, they don't look beefy. AT3W's are prob my next set.

They are okay. I wouldn’t have them if they weren’t on the truck when I bought it. I’m leaning towards Firestone destination mt2’s for my next set.

Wife and I chose ko2's for our 14k mile Overland adventure. 3ish months of hard driving and asked a lot from them. We hit the beginning of the flooding in the Tennessee region last yr and the only thing that slowed us down was windshield wiper speed. Made it out with a planted feeling the whole way(rain). I'm Moab and we were able to hang with the big boys for a while during Easter Jeep Safari(rock, sand). In the Rockys and Teton's at 9,000ft+ in snow and slush and not once felt compromised(snow). Airing down somehow gives your truck super powers.
In all seriousness I will never trust another tire. After close to 20k miles I am very pleased with the condition.

KO2's are the favorite part of my truck.

I have never once felt compromised driving in any conditions ranging from full blown monsoons to 14in of snow. I have a job that requires me to get to work regardless of weather and I don't think I'll ever put another tire on the truck. I even went E-rated on purpose to not worry about flats. Only thing I'd change is next time I'll go C-rated. 4 56lb tire/wheel combos doesn't exactly do wonders for the gas mileage.

Ko2s for looks for sure...although if you want another option...ive been running BFG rugged terrains for a while now...bit of a mix...similar sidewall pattern to the KO2s but less aggressive tread
