Good offroad shop/mechanic for Tacos in DFW?

Looking for recommendations for a good shop in DFW that knows Tacomas for things like suspension, regearing, lockers, etc. Ideally a place that won't just try to push me to do the biggest/best stuff and overhaul my entire truck but instead realistically work with with my budget and ultimate objectives.

I'm just getting into the whole offroad/modding thing and am slowly trying to make my rig more capable as I'm able to. Very much in a learning stage so I'd like a place I can ask newbie questions and not be made to feel like a complete dumbass.
