    Just thought I'd share.
I have a 2014 TRD OR, 6 speed manual. A couple of weeks ago, I changed the transmission to this:
    https://www.amazon.com/Triax-Synerg...3&sprefix=synergy+gear+sf,aps,101&sr=8-1&th=1
It's Triax Synergy Gear SF, 75W-80. Naturally, the new fluid is always going to feel better but I drained out Redline and replaced it with this. I'm impressed. I don't recall my transmission ever shifting this smoothly.
I'm not sponsored by Amazon or Triax and I benefit in no way from posting this, just thought I'd share.
It's only been a couple of weeks but I'm extremely impressed and it's about half the price of Redline. I'm currently at about 163k miles.
    Just thought share.

Any thin fluid like that is going to feel better when you start off. Question is how is it when it’s heat soaked and hot. When the truck is actually driving at operating temp and not the first approx 5mi of warmup.

I have the same miles on my 08 xrunner 6 speed. It has a little 6th gear synco wear and is slightly noticeable. I'm running gl4 Redline and that seemed to help a bit. The trans fluid is so ez to change i think ill try this. Thanks for staring.

I'm a big fan of redline MT-90 for the manual transmission.

I was curious about that too and was anxious to see how it would perform when hot. We've had temperatures here in Louisville lately, in the mid 90's. I can't tell a difference between when I leave my garage in the morning versus when I'm driving home. I have about a 25 miles each way drive to work.
I've run Lucas (I'm a big Lucas fan but have trouble finding GL4 locally.), Royal Purple and Red Line. I think the Red Line really was the best of the first three, but it was close, really.
This stuff, thus far, has felt the best in my transmission. I can afford Red Line, I just thought I'd give this a shot since I do change it every 30,000.
I'll give periodic updates if anyone is interested. If not, no big deal.
Again, just thought it was worth sharing.

    yes thank you
Trying different stuff to know for yourself and share info is the best you can ask for

vs cultist use pee oil say it’s the best when it’s not and only use that 3 times in a row

if there’s any vehicle that can handle experimentation it’s an old Toyota
