ahhhhh got it, yes it actually comes with a piece so you can open or close it,

i wonder if you could modify the clamps to sit flush underneath, weld them on and slide them in and out.

I used these but in black

    https://www.amazon.com/API-Clamps-S...tacoma+clamps&qid=1569865081&s=gateway&sr=8-1

There is a special edition "back to the future" tacoma, inspired by the movie. it essentially has a go-rhino sports bar on it but it slides in and out, although im not sure if allows for the cover, but the gist of that tangent is to let you know that its possible.

That Looks Great! I like the "Backup Lights" and the removal of the Go Rhino Name plate.
The only difference in Bed covers, is i have the T Slots.
This helped a lot- Thanks brother

I am working on it over the next week-...I do not want to drill the bed.
The Retrax power cover is installed already- i am going to work on finding a happy medium with the bar and the mounting points.
Also drilled out the rivets for the name plates- looking to get custom engraved plates to replace.

Side note- also working on a CNI-T3-PB install this weekend-
Seems if you have the TRD skid plate- something needs to be cut- Its not going to be the skid plate

    Hopefully pics soon

It Looks awesome!- only issue is- i can't use clamps, the bed cover is in the way-
Looks like i may drill and counter bore the retrax rails and bolt these from the bottom thru to the top

MattJ1320 orBluesport83 I understand that this is a old post but
could you tell me where you were able to buy the rhino bar at? They say they don't make it for my tacoma. Any help would be great as I have the retrax power and would love the roll/sports bar, etc.

I would check around with that part number to see if it's cheaper elsewhere though

Reviving this since the Go Rhino 2.0 has not changed since 2018, making this thread as relevant now as it was then. I am interested in 915000T and found where it can be acquired for substantially less than normal new with free shipping from a semi-reputable source.

Is there a known minimum distance between the forward bar and the back of the cab? I have noticed most installations show the sport bar set back about 2" from the front of the bed, leaving 3"+ between the forward bar and the back of the cab. Go Rhino's installation doc says only:
"Place sports bar on bed and align to desired position."

    Distances can be seen here:

I don't think there is a minimum distance, just leave enough room for your cab to flex without rubbing up against the bar.
