GM CEO Reveals ALL NEW $15,000 Pickup Truck & SHOCKS The Entire Industry! (youtube.com)

When I lived in VA/MD (mid '70s-mid 80's) I had a Datsun Pickup. It was 4-cylinder, manual transmission, 2WD, 2 door, crank windows, bench seats, and am/fm radio. That was about it. It was fine for what I needed as it had a payload of about 1,000 lbs. and was great on gas. As that area gets little snow, the 2wd was fine.

What the GMC CEO is proposing is my Datsun pickup. I will believe it's true only when (IF !) the Terra ever gets on dealer lots for 15k

Discount models have little yield, I was under the impression GM was focusing on higher margin units.

I doubt this will come to light but it would be a big boost for chevy sales. People want affordable vehicles.
