Gas tank size

I was watching those "sponsored" video reviews of the new taco and noticed the "range" was quite low in most reviews at well under 300 miles even with an nearly full tank...

Looks like toyota sized the tank down to 18.2 gallons from 21.1 which is quite a lot... given that mpg s aren't notably better...

Nearly a 15% decrease in fuel tank capacity...

Other than the styling which is subjective... This is a first big ding to me against the 4th gen

 

Long range is not needed for mall trips and Starbucks..they are just catering to their current buyers.

 

Maybe a Jerry Can mount will be standard on the 4th Gen.
