I really like that idea for the floor jacks, especially when you have multiple like that. I've used those same scrap wood "braces" for a lot of my little projects where looks/strength aren't important.

Epic use of wall space. Added the rhino ramps to the jack stand section

I rebuilt two of my 3 floor jacks last winter. Depending on the model, the only problem I could see is that the little plug where you fill the hydraulic fluid may leak if the jack is stored upright. The only downside to this would be a bit of fluid may leak out - you'd see this and could correct. Other than that, I don't see an issue storing these jacks in any position from what I saw inside of them, as long as they don't leak.

71337788382__8F37629F-5538-44EC-AC77-45A8A1139813.jpg Here is another idea that I just finished with some left over ply board and 2x4’s. when it come to oil changes I’ve been using a 5 gallon Buck to store old oil for trips to the the recycling center as well as a giant catch drain for about 20 years. Both take up a lot of space in the garage. Not to mention the oil drips etc. so I bought a 12 quart (I think) container that has the drain spout up top. This allows me to store it off the floor and holds 2 oil changes. Also makes it really easy to take back and forth to the recycling center. Doesn’t stick out much at all and allowed me to get rid of 2 old nasty buckets and stuff. Thought I’d share

Smart to put these on the wall. They're just in my way most of the time. My garage sucks though. 20x10 full of junk.

At least i can walk in a little area

A bit off topic but I noticed you added foam boards to insulate your garage door. Did you have to get the springs tightened to handle the increased weight?

I had them turned a few extra, but they snapped shortly after. I had to buy bigger springs or springs designed to support the extra weight. The insulation makes a huge difference.
