    Hi
I was replacing interior lights with leds and I think i blown a fuse because none of the interior lights work. I opened the fuse box under the hood it has extra fuses but not sure which fuse it is.
If anyone know please let me know
    Thx

Flip your panel box over and look for the fuses labeled interior lights or dome light. Start there.

This actually happened to me with two different Tacomas. After much cursing, I figured out the short was coming when I put the vanity lights in the driver and/or passenger mirror. The short wasn't because of the polarization, if I had them in upside down that specific vanity light simply wouldn't light. The short came if while installing the vanity light I touched any of the metal around the plug. Then I would get a short and all of the interior lights would go off because they are all on the same fuse. My solution was to pull the fuse before I put in the mirror vanity lights. After I put them in, I would put the fuse back in. Then, if one or more of the vanity lights didn't light, I would pull the fuse again and simply flip the lights so the polarization was correct. Again, the short is not because you put the vanity lights in upside down; it is because while putting them in you accidentally touched any surrounding metal with the light. Just pull the fuse before you put in the vanity lights. Put it back in to see if they are in correctly. If not, pull the fuse again and then switch the light so the polarization was correct. BTW, the mini 7.5 amp fuse is under the steering column and it is marked on the diagram as "dome"

Just had same thing happen to me and replaced 7.5 dome light and fixed it. Btw this fuse effects map , dome and vanity lights at the least. I would recommend just pulling this fuse before beginning the install of the new interior lights and reinstalling after u install lights. If some lights are not working remove fuse again to flip polarity of the lights that are not working then reinstall fuse.
