Thinking about getting a DT y pipe and DT headers for my taco. Also was gonna get magnaflow's off road pro muffler system. Will this sound raspy or anything??? plzzz let me know your opinions and/or facts about this setup. Thanks :D

Most folks with that set up end up with a raspy exhaust.

Op just get the Y pipe first because if you get headers your gunna new to buy the simulator. Stick with the y pipe and magnaflow offroad exhaust and that will sound pretty good

he can get teh Shorty headers, and wont have a CEL. They give better power gains too.

If you get all that you can get rid of the rasp with a quality resonator. Maybe even a resonator tip might do it. As for the power issues, first you will need a O2 sensor simulator and a air/fuel ratio calibrator like URD. And probably some other shit to tune it nicely.

I am going to be running short headers with a y pipe and a borla muffler. I am going to have it all custome piped. It will exit out the side of the truck before the back tire. Still will have the gain with the headers but also have the cat so no sim. should be needed. It should hopefully not sound raspy.

Like you spent good money for a noise maker?

With 5" maybe you can launch grapefruits?
