Fuel pump not getting power from relay under the hood.
Wondering if this vehicle has and inertia switch to reset??
All fuses are good under the hood and inside the cab.
Every block in the bay has power to the relays except the fuel pump relay.
No sound at the fuel pump,of course because the relay socket has no power.
Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it?

    PS:Not going to part out
    Any help is appreciated TIA

If the ignition is on, should be hot. As far as I know it's pretty straight forward. What problem are you having? Is fuel rail hooked up?

    yes the ignition is on.
i never touched the fuel rail.
i simply or confusingly have no power to the relay.
checking all connections relays and fuses again.

They have a timer that allows the pump to pressurise the system for a couple of seconds then I turns off until you crank the engine this maybe why you are not seeing power.

Well if you have power the fuse must be good at least to there do you get power both sides of the relay? I do not believe it has an inline fuse. It may have a roll over switch I really don't know I think a wire diagram may help it this point my guess would be a toes up pump.

The fuel pump relay doesn’t actually turn on the fuel pump. The c/opn relay is what turns on the pump. The c/opn relay sends power to the fuel pump relay. The fuel pump relay sends power through the resistor or direct depending on if it’s energized or not. There is no inertia switch.

It’s not necessary to bleed the fuel rail on gas engines. The “bleeder valve” you are referring to is a pressure test port. Tacoma’s don’t have a test port.

It’s not air. Get that idea out of your head. This is not Forddieselworld.

Or simply a plugged filter. The pump and filter are one unit though and not serviceable. Dumbest design ever. If this is the problem, you might consider the URD pump upgrade. It incorporates an external, serviceable filter. I have that kit for my truck, and will be installing it soon.
