Ready to find some peace and quiet in an increasingly busy and uncertain world? This 2018 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van has been carefully and thoughtfully converted to a self-contained dry camping setup. Using the Adventure Wagon RUV kit as a base, we’ve then added countless additional touches that make this van easy to live and adventure in. This van seats up to 5 and sleeps 2 comfortably.

My wife and I bought this van new in August 2018 and did the conversion using some of the best products available. The entire ethos of the van’s floorplan and design is “modularity.” The kitchenette comes out with 4 14mm bolts and 2 #3 phillips screws, the bench seat comes out with two levers, the bed is tensioned into place. All cabinetry can easily be removed or reconfigured to fit your needs or hobbies!

The “garage” area of the van features additional L-track for custom tie downs and easily fits 4 bicycles or skis/snowboards, or any camp bins or gear. The bench seat and half of the kitchenette can easily be removed and the floor plan is sized to fit a full sheet of plywood/drywall flat on the floor for utilitarian hauling purposes. I can’t wait to show you what this van can do!

The 6-cyl diesel engine provides great power (325 ft/lbs @ 1400 rpm) and drives smoothly and quietly. The van weigh just over 7,000 lbs fully loaded and gets 20+ mpg on the highway and 18+ in during town/mixed driving.

This van is our number two vehicle and is driven almost daily in town so mileage will continue to creep up. It is garage-stored and extremely well cared for! Needs nothing but your food, clothes and desired camp gear to be ready to hit the road!

We have really enjoyed this van but we’re looking to start on a 4x4 van as our next project. I’d be more than happy to schedule a showing for a serious buyer to walk through all the upgrades and systems on this van!

this thing is awesome. Hope you find a buyer.

Cheers! It's been an absolutely fantastic adventure vehicle for us for 2+ years and I hesitate even posting it up for sale since it's pretty much perfectly dialed in for us at this point. But I do love a new project haha and the idea of 4x4 is just too tempting.

It's a 4" memory foam tri-fold mattress, in a "Short Queen" size. Supremely comfortable -- I sleep better in the van almost than at home!

Thank you! It was a lot of fun to build and it is even more fun to use!

We see 20-21mpg when full highway road tripping and 18-19 mixed/daily use. And that’s with a fairly decent lead foot. Haha!
