Front passenger blinker not working. Bulbs are fine, checked all the fuses in dash and most under the hood. I’ve made no changes to lighting for several years. Drl relay? If so where? Passenger taillight hyper blinks now when in use.

I'm assuming you meant passenger Rear Turn Signal Light Hyper Blinks when in use. This is because there is a high resistance in the passenger side turn signal circuit.

How did you check the bulbs? Read the bulbs with a meter.
Make sure they are all inserted completely in the socket. This has fooled more than just a few.

Read the voltage at the bulb socket when on it should be getting an alternating 12 VDC.

Yes, the passenger rear turn signal hyperblinks. As far as checking the bulb in front, it appears fine. I swapped it out with the other side and functions properly. Also tried new bulbs. And yes, they are full inserted with a “click” sound each time. Regular bulbs, not leds. I tried spraying electrode cleaner in the socket thinking that could be a thing, it was not. I will try the multimeter and test the voltage today. Thanks.

Maybe you have a damaged wiring harness. The voltage check will tell you what you need to know.

Red wire with Yellow stripe is hot wire, White wire with Black stripe is ground.

Make sure you also check the ground wire continuity for high resistance to the battery negative.

Have you replaced the rear bulb that was hyper flashing?

How would that help? If the bulb is flashing isn't that a indicator that it's good still?

Sounds like the issue is either the wiring or the socket for the front passenger light. OP is on the right track if he's testing voltage.

OP didn’t say if his rear bulbs were LEDs or not, I’ve read threads here where LEDs have caused issues.
