    Hey y’all,
I’m trying to find these for my Tacoma. The attached picture is of my girlfriends but my truck doesn’t have them and she has a 2018 SR5 where as I have a 2018 4x4. Any links to these?

Call your dealer and they should be able to pull up the part number. Really odd that your truck doesn't have them. Did you buy your truck used? Does your bed have the holes for them already drilled?

Not sure if my truck has them.. Haven't picked it up yet:thumbsup: But going to 2020, I've notice a cubbie also missing (from 2012) that could apparently have been left but ...Im just hopping on this bandwagon in case I don't have the tie down either. :canada:

1st gen here, but dealer had them. Pretty cheap too. I think they called them rope tie downs.

Found the parts diagram for you. Looks like it's gonna be part number 66312-0C010. Don't forget to buy the mounting screws too.

Also for future reference if you're ever in need of parts, Toyota has a parts website where you can find every OEM part you'll ever need.

Measure from hole to hole and check your local hardware store. You may find them much cheaper and just as strong.

I've never trusted the loops for tie down purposes. I added d-rings to the front bed bolts. You can get them from Fastenal for less than $2 each, rated for 800lbs.

Yes!! I bought the factory D rings like the ones in the back of the bed for my second gen. I used them for 10 years hauling my MX bikes and they are way stronger than the loop ones. Well, the mounting point is anyway. I ordered them for my 3rd gen I just picked up last Friday. They are $25 and def. worth it.

I agree with several of the folks here who suggest the easier, and significantly stronger option is to add the d-rings to the front. Uses the existing bolts, holes, threads. I bought these for reasonable price several years ago and installed them in my Gen-2, then pulled them out the morning of my trade up and reinstalled them in my Gen-3. I know it is not what the OP asked about, but is my recommendation:

I live in Tucson, Az. I’ve got the bed d rings in the rear it was just odd mine didn’t have those on the front. The only reason I found out is because I was moving and was looking for good tie down points but didn’t have any. I found the same posting on the Toyota parts page but the item doesn’t look the same when you click on it.

    upload_2020-5-6_11-6-38.jpg
it shows this for some reason. I’ll have to head to the dealer to see, but thank you all for your help it is greatly appreciated!!
