There is a manual floating around on the site for download... it is a 2016 manual but torque specs will be the same.

Lift, wheels, tires, sliders, and skidplates...so far.
When torque checking suspension, is it necessary to raise the truck off the ground or can the bolts be torque checked with weight on the springs? I am sorry if this is a dumb question.

On the ground. But whatever you do, don’t mess with the cam bolt or nut for alignment.
