Anyone had luck recently getting parts from Front Range recently? I ordered 3 weeks ago and my order still is sitting at "awaiting fulfillment".. The parts are not marked out of stock and the caliper bracket is on sale.
I have sent 2 messages to their contact us popup with no response so I figured I would give them a call. The call went straight to a voicemail box that is full but tells you to email them.. I guess I'll give that a shot, but I think I a CC chargeback with my credit card might be the next step..

What's a guy gotta do to get parts in this "new age"... Trying to order parts from Barnes4wd and they're out of stock (claimed staffing issues). Trying to order parts from RuffStuff Specialties and they are also out of stock, we're expecting an order in estimate 1;estimate 2; "we're having trouble getting materials for our ubolts"...

In the past I’ve had no issues getting ahold of them. Last month I contacted them several times with no response.

Relief! I just got a response: "just getting more brackets finished, looking to ship next week". I was really not looking forward to trying to find the parts I need somewhere else. I get these are custom parts and need time to build but most other fab companies have clearly posted a lead time, or expect delays message of some sort.

:) Still better than the company that's been "looking at my shocks soon" for the last 3 months.

Took 1 month to receive this order. So I guess expect at least that for a lead time.
Now to get outside and get to work.

LOL no you wouldn't unless it's a year out. I ordered a set Apr 29 after I got the knuckle kits.. Still waiting...

Jul 3 I got the response of "We're actually a couple weeks on the steering arms before those will be done"

Wow that is ridiculous. They’ve really gone downhill. I have a buddy who picked up their axle housing and took him a year to get his build done mostly because he was waiting on them. Terrible customer service. I don’t know if they’ll be in business long at this rate.

I just ran into this issue, even just asking for a part number from them takes apparently over a week of back and forth emails.

Forgot to update. Got my parts, Sept 17... Well some of them... And most of the ones I got were correct..
I was sent 2 driver side steering arms and was missing the tierod end links.. Sent an email and he responded pretty quickly, now we'll see how quickly I get the right parts.

So, they are still in business then. I heard they were bought out by Trail Gear just to put them out of business. I am in the market for a Diamond housing with a LC 9.5 third memeber with ARB and have been trying to get ahold of them for 3 months about it. Started looking elsewhere now. Fusion Axle makes a nice housing but used a Ford 9" third member for a few grand more also. Or deal with the clearance loss of a ECGS Dana 60?

I ordered some diamond hubs for my cruiser in June. Still have not received them and I’m not getting any response.
