    Hi all,

Does anyone know the Toyota part numbers for the OEM front brake pads and OEM brake rotors??
This would be for a 2013 TRD sport DCLB 4x4 with an automatic transmission.

    Thanks!!

Can i ask why you wouldnt look aftermarket when similar quality would def be cheaper and an upgrade probably would also?

I know, 150.00 NIB set of rotors and pads from Power Stop. For 05-15. I think

If you have no shuddering/shaking when you brake, you can re-use the oem rotors. If the shake a little, you can resurface them. I put 60K on my resurfaced oem rotors. Although I think Toyota was using Akebono in my year Tacoma.

I'm turning 60K on my '19 OR and plan to check/replace the front pads this summer. I always replaced pads/rotors in tandem on my Acura RSX (which was hard on brakes). is this generally not necessary on a Tacoma that is currently braking evenly? Would prefer to reuse rotors if thats the norm.

@JWestie I can’t speak for everyone else. I generally keep the rotors through two brake pad rotations unless they shudder or they are damaged. I would agree with you to swap out the rotors if you brake hard or if you tow or carry heavy loads.

Last month i paid $175 on RockAuto for Powerstop slotted/crossdrilled rotors with Powerstop ceramic pads. Added another $40 for braided stainless lines. Super happy with it as a budget upgrade.
