Do you know of any bed rack/roof rack combos that would sit flush to mount it on both

You could mount it so it overhangs over the cab instead like this:

This though requires a rack and a canopy (more $$$). Prinsu racks sit flush if you get a cab one and one that goes on top of a canopy shell. Frontrunner as well. There are probably others. There are also bed racks that can get your RTT up to that height so that it can clear the cab (KB Voodoo, RCI Metalworks, Leitner Designs and more).

You do not want to mount to both though as the cab and the truckbed move independently of each other.

Yes you could get a KB voodoo rack 18 inch I think and a prinsu or martin roof rack that is what I have. However you dont want the tent to touch one of them. You really dont want to anchor it to both. The bed and cab flex independently of each other so that could cause issues
