Frame rust opinions 1986 FJ60

Long drive to see it, wondering what you all think about the rust situation based on attached photos. Willing to put in elbow grease and time if it’s structurally sound. Thanks for your time.

    I don’t know what’s acceptable with the rust issues that some of the frames have so I’ll be curious to the responses you get, the rust mainly looked like surface rust to me but I zoomed in on some of your pictures and there does appear to be some pretty heavy rust in areas

    Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
    looks excellent for the age!!:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup: I am sure some work is ahead of you.

    Where it lives plays in as well

    Comes down to the rest of the vehicle and price.

    ARB Bumper, SOS sliders, SOS rear bumper, SOS skid plate. OME Lift. Some other stuff.
    Looks like it's starting to delaminate in that one pic. At the same time I've seen a lot of FJ60s with similar frame rust. Unless you find one that's had a frame off restoration they all have rust. What's the rest of the vehicle look like? Cost?
