    Hello All,
This is my first post on the board. I recently purchased a 2007 Toyota Tacoma with a clean frame with what appears to be very minor surface rust. But as I am sure many people know the 2nd Generation Tacoma's had the notorious frame rot issues. The frame on this truck is clean from what I can tell. The truck has 191000 miles on it and appears to be in decent condition. But I have been wondering if the frame was swapped. I have looked high and low for some indication but I have only found two markings on the frame. One is a sticker on the drivers side right under the door that is Orange with a large F on it. The other is a bar code with the numbers F5510103. I could not locate any other indicators on the truck. That said with the truck being this old and very minimal rust its surprising. Based on what I know the truck spent a lot of its life in AZ and NV however it did about 2 years bouncing between Southern CA and Washington State. I would imagine with all this driving and 13 years on the vehicle these labels would have worn clear off. So my questions are simple.

    1. On the Toyota Owners Website would the frame replacement show up under the service history?
    2. Are there any markings, or non labels that would indicate the year the frame was produced.
    3. Does anyone know if a Toyota dealership could tell me what other work was done including the frame replacement?

    Thank you in advance.
    Mike.

Only the replaced frames have markings. If you message me your vin I can check.

Very small percentage of frames have been replaced, so its unlikely.

Could totally be the original frame.
