Anyone have experience with either the Swift or the Fleet model FWC on a short bed Tacoma? Things like weight of the camper, ride, mpg, sway, how it handles in extreme wind? I'm thinking of ordering one soon and would appreciate any feedback to help me make decisions on features and suspensions. Thanks, John

Check Expedition Portal (in the pop-up camper sub-forum) and Wander the West for more info on them. Plenty of threads there.

I had an Eagle on a DCLB and found it a bit heavy. Granted, mine was fully loaded (1200 dry allegedly) and I upgraded suspension and front brakes. We absolutely loved the camper but it was too much for the truck in my opinion.
