One of my buddies I grew up with had snapped some pictures of them from down range on his first deployment (OIF 1) and they were badass. Only love for the first gen's though. Some were armored, some weren't. All had weapon stations in the rear though to mount mod dueces or other machine guns on.

 

when I flew to Israel few months ago they had tacomas stationed at check points into the cities. Wonder why they werent Hiluxes but I did see them over there as well.
