    Hello TW,

I decided to sell my baby, and thought this might be a good place to start. Up for sale is my 1973 Honda CB350f. Has about 29,000 miles. I bought this bike 10 years ago, and have cared for it as my baby. I have owned and ridden a lot of bikes but this is the most fun. It gets a lot of attention, and rides so nicely. Lots of power and very reliable. If you are taller than 6 foot it may be a tight squeeze. This bike is great for riding around town or finding those twisty two lane roads. I bought the bike from a friend who bought it from the original owner. He found it sitting in a barn since the early 80's. He did the cafe work to it. Custom paint, custom bars, LED's in the headlight for neutral, oil pressure and turn signals, new gauges, new handlebars. So here is what I have done to it.
    -Mac 4-1 Matte Black Exhaust
-Upgraded the horn(a must have for motorcycles)
-Newer Bridgestone Battleaxe tires for the front and rear
This last October I had a shop that does a lot of work on older CBs do the following. Paid $760 and I have receipts.
    -Carb rebuild
    -Petcock rebuild
    -New plugs and fuel filter
    -New gas line
    -Couple other odds and ends
-Ill send the detailed invoice on request
    - Sent the tank to a shop in Nebraska that cut the tank in two, sandblasted it, re-coated it, and repainted it. They did an amazing job for $740.
    The Not So Great
-Lots of original wiring. Still works but might need some work down the line.
-Fiberglass seat has some cracks, but still is great. Ill throw in an original seat I have plus the foot pegs.
-Left mirror broke off in a garage accident. I still have it and would be an easy fix. I just prefer the one mirror look.
-Highbeam doesn't work. Looking to replace but need to do more research.
-Its from 1973 so there are some scratches, tiny rust spots, etc
-I think the wiring is the biggest thing that bugs me but not within my expertise.
If you are not familiar with these bikes you may think the price is high for a bike from 1973, look around. It may not be the right bike for you. For those of you who know this is a hard to find bike. cb350's are fairly common, but the cb350f four cylinders are tougher and tougher to find. Great power, fun to ride, and reliable. Let me know if you want to check it out. I am in no hurry to sell, and ready for a year or two of having it on the market and waiting for the right buyer.

Trying to be as honest as I possibly can so if anyone has anymore questions shoot me a message. You may notice the difference in pictures with the exhaust and gas tank. The first and last picture is with old exhaust, and gas tank with the stripe before I had it redone. The middle two pictures were taken today while I was out on a ride.

Brings back memories. Got my license the day I turned 16 and had my endorsement about a week later. A 1973 Honda 350 in the ugly green was my first vehicle. Bought it myself as a one owner bike and never let weather hold me back. That was November 1986. Free bump and good luck on selling your bike.

Hey man! Sweet bike! My dad got me wrenching on old Hondas since I was 6 when he bought me a 1975 XR75. Had a smaller CB,CL,SL,Xl at one point or another. Always wanted a 350f. I dream about owning one occasionally. Now certainly isn't a good time for me but unless you find someone super interested and wealthy, keep me in mind. I can do all the mechanical work and the electrical can be a headache but an original Honda manual makes it all make sense.

I'm in Wyoming by the way. If I can set some money aside by the end of the summer, I could come buy you some beers and purchase the sweetest winter project!

Will do my man! Enjoy that baby, all the Honda bikes from that era are way fun! I'm guessing you mostly use it for short joy rides, but have you ever noticed it getting excessively hot? It's not too bad for those motors but I would get burnt black oil when I lived down south. 100 degrees and air cooled.. I would just run 40wt

I have taken for it long rides and I haven't noticed it getting too hot. The longest rides I've done are a couple hours. I haven't done a 500 mile ride on it but I wouldn't hesitate to. Stay in touch, and Ill let you know if it sells in the meantime.
