Today I just received my Anzo headlights and I drove with it tonight, of course.

I went to go help out one of my buddy with his car for about 1-2hrs. Came back to my truck and the middle of my headlights were fogged up.

Do you guys have any help or suggestion to fix that or why it did that?

See if you can reach out to him or the company for some help. I have never been a fan of aftermarket head lamps as they always seem to have issues of some sort.

It should not happen at all. They are a sealed unit. Good luck.

All headlights have 2 vents on the back, 2 adjuster screws, and then gaskets on each bulb and the main bulb connector can allow water intrusion thru the connector worst case. And yes the front lens is "sealed" as is the case if it doesn't leak. Both aftermarket headlight assemblies I have bought have leaked at some point even after sealing that main case seal with silicon. Temp change will cause any internal moisture to condense inside. You can pull the main bulb (and the blinker bulb and side marker bulb) and use a blow dryer to dry the case out. OEMs are costly but only ones that don't ever leak (just burn the DRL/blinker area on gen 2s) but believe Toyota solved that now. Drivers side is easy in truck but pass side the washer reservoir has to be pulled to get to it. Best is to remove from truck to dry as water drops down inside and drying and shaking to get it all out has best results but a PIA. Perform with music on and beer for best results.

Try leaving the lights on a bit so they get warm and see if it goes away. If not, they probably weren't sealed right and I would contact the vendor ASAP for warranty replacements or send them back for a refund and get something else. Most aftermarket lights are made in China and way lower quality than OEM.

Lol! If I only had a dime for everyone that says that on FB Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.! Chances are that he installed them and had the same issues and decided to get rid of them rather than try to deal with the vendor. You can try resealing them with silicon to see if that helps. Unfortunately the QC on Chinese aftermarket parts is not very consistent. Hopefully you didn't spend too much money on them. Good luck!

Update: The foggy part of my headlights disappeared overnight, so maybe a good thing?

Congratulations you just found out why NOT to buy aftermarket headlights!
I used to sell dozens of these p.o.s. back in the day and they ALWAYS fogged up.
If you have the time and patience, take them out of the truck, put them on some foil and bake them in the oven, low, low, low, heat 180-200 range for a few minutes to dissipate some moisture. (Look up how to in one of the headlight retrofit threads)
Then go buy yourself a pair of packages of gas station jerky with the silica gel packet in it. Drop one in each headlight to absorb the moisture.
It won't fix it but it'll make it a little better.
