    I have this 1995 tacoma as my first truck and am looking for a offordable build to do on it. It has the 3.4 litre v6 lx model anyways shoot me some ideas.






    As you can probably tell I am pretty new to the forum:headbang:

    Make sure all maintenance items are taken care of before you start building up your truck.

    It's going to be hard to keep any Tacoma build affordable. Every upgrade leads to another upgrade and it's never enough. If you can live with just new wheels and tires and maintenance it will never let you down.

    I am not looking to do a ton to it maybe a small lift and I already have some 285/75r16 tires

    Most people over build their trucks and never push it to it's limits. Better to push it to it's limits and see where improvement is needed.

    Watch the 3rd gen marketplace for some takeoff wheels and tires. I got mine off Craigslist. A lot of 3rd genners feel they need to upgrade.

    I know you are looking for something a bit bigger, but for example I got these with <10,000 miles for about $500 and change:
