Anyone have fingerprints that are permanently on the paint around the door? I don’t have any vinyl or plastic dividers, it’s in the clear coat and won’t wash off. Any solutions to get them removed?

It’s hard to see in this lighting but when the suns out it’s very noticeable.

Everyone should have a bottle of this in their garage. One of the original Infomercials of the 80's. As a wax it's just average but it will buff out scratches, paint imperfections, remove tar, bugs and even take of the paint residue when some a**hat opens their door into yours or rubs your bumper with theirs.

Yes photos please. As per the above, if it's just in the clear coat (which I can't imagine it could be anything but) should be able to polish away.
Someone must have had a chemical or something caustic on their hands while opening the door.

I took my wife's SUV in to have a door ding fixed and while the body shop did a great job on the paint, there were 3 finger prints on the other side of the SUV where someone with adhesive on their hand had touched.
It had dried of course and I had a heck of a time getting it out but finally did using a combination of the below two products.

    Lots, straight from the factory.
Clay bars work really well at getting things like this out of the pain.
Use a decent sealant after that and you will be fine.
