My 2016 tacoma did not come stock with fender flares. Are there any good fender flares out there after market that will work without drilling holes?

I'm going to guess no. Why not drill holes if the fender flares will cover them? You can always fill the holes later

I have seen a post on this a while back where someone had step by step instructions on how to do it with oem ones that had pics and was very involved so i know it’s posdible with those just didn’t know if there were any aftermarket ones that were easier

Bushwhacker. They don't look 'mallish' like oem imo.
2nd gen looked better as they were bigger, 3rd are too skinny. Not aggressive enough.
Best if they are matching color to the truck.

I like the 3rd gen OEM flares because they look the opposite of “mallish”. They blend well with the lines of the fender bulges and actually provide a decent lip that can provide some coverage over an aftermaket wheel/tire with a more agressive offset. 90% of the Bushwacker style flares I see are on stock trucks as a Toyota add-on. The tires don’t even come close to the edge of the flare. But to each their own...
