Searched the stickies and the search function, plenty of good posts on troubleshooting a fan clutch, but none on removal that I could find.

    Looking to do a:
coolant drain fill (found the sticky)
    belt replacement (found the thread)
water pump + t-stat (found the thread)
and lastly fan clutch (searching for the how to post)

Is there an order to best do this all? I'm guessing drain coolant, pull hoses, remove fan clutch, remove belt, replace water pump and t-stat and then re-install belt, hoses, fan and then burp the system?

    Any help would be appreciated.

planning to pick up the haynes manual today as well, but find the DIY posts on here with pics to be extremely helpful.

Just did my tacoma and 4-runner spark plug swap, throttle body cleaning and brake fluid replacement all from the DIY posts on there...everything went smoothly! very happy.

Is life going to be easier getting that out if I pull my skid plate off?

For anyone else looking...it could just be me but my '14 V6 req'd me to pull the fan shroud out with the fan clutch...even with radiator hoses pulled, not enough room to get it out unless start pulling hard lines too
