So far, so good. Slightly noisier than my old HTs, but that's to be expected. They're quieter than I thought at least at sub 50 MPH. I'll loop back with Highway speeds later.

I custom printed them on vinyl. Check on Etsy, I think other people sell custom ones. TRD, whatever wording or logos. You just pop off the Toyota emblem and go right over the existing cap.

    Can't wait! That's a nice sounding spec.

So far so good. Replaced Ridge Grapplers on OEM wheels with Rube SL’s on KMC trail. If my math is correct, I shed 12 pounds of unsprung weight off of each corner.

    Ride A+
    Cost A
    Looks B+
    Acceleration A
    Off- road TBD
    Snow TBD
    Wet pavement A

I'd pretty much second those ratings.

I'll add my own for snow and Highway Speeds.
    Snow: B
    Highway: B+

They're a solid less aggressive all arounder.

For snow, they're not Winter Tire efficient, but they handle wet slushy North East snow well. I'd be curious if they perform worse in powder per the groove pattern.

EDIT: I'm being as impartial and true with my ratings, as I do really like them. For comparison, my bro-in-law has a Ranger with Hankook Dynapros, which ride smoother but performed worse when I drove it.

Highway, I finally got them over 65 MPH and they handle it well with no major drone or vibes. They'll never be the smooth quiet ride of an even less aggressive HT, but they're comfortable for driving. They're also wife approved.

Haas anyone ran the Rubitreks and the Wildpeaks? I’m curious to see how much quieter the Rubitreks ride.

Have had the Rubitreks on my Tacoma in SL 265/70/17 for ~3K miles….had the same size and load rated wildpeaks on my 4Runner I had before this Tacoma. Had about 20K miles on the wildpeaks before selling the 4runner to get into my Tacoma….
….it’s been 4 years ago, but the Wildpeaks seemed very very similar in ride quality and road noise vs the Rubitreks. Highway speeds both seem very quiet with slight hum on grooved concrete. Around town 35-45mph very slight hum depending on road surface. All around, both are very quiet and have very good road manners….both seem great in wet conditions as well. If I had to choose which one is more quiet, I’d say the Rubitrek has just a slight advantage.

Not sure what happens noise/ride wise after getting over 25K+ miles on either.

I have and believe the Rubi's are quieter and will stay quieter with more miles as long as you keep them rotated.

I just got the rubitreks and my wife has wild peaks. They are similar. I went with the rubitreks because I was getting a similar tire to the Wildpeak for a cheaper price. I love them so far.

Not to :deadhorse: but these tires are honestly great in the rain. They've handled slick just wet pavement, and now flooding. Never slipped or broke traction on a steep windy route where my HT did. These are basically baby Wildpeak AT3s for a baby pile of cash.

Absolutely! We’ve had a lot of rain in the past week and they’ve handled it with ease. These tires are awesome and I think I’ll put them on my wife’s truck when she needs new ones next year. You can’t beat them at the price point.
