I thought since there isn't many reviews on the rubitreks, I figured I would do one from the start and update the review as the tires gain mileage. First off here are the stats on the truck and the tires. 2023 Sr 2.7L 4x4 Access cab (stock) only cosmetic mods for appearance, Tires P245/75/16 XL load range. I went with the stock tire size, to keep Mpg and to not put to much load on the 2.7L. On asphalt they do make a bit of noise, but not over bearing and come from the stock highway toyo 31's I expected them to be a bit noticeable. As far as handling the tires are solid on asphalt and in the rain. On snow, and I have driven in some serious snow this week, as the New york area got hit with lake effect snow. My area got 42" overnight, close to 6" per hour. The rubi's on unplowed roads just chewed right through the snow, I mean I wasn't going very fast but they held there line and I was totally impressed with them in 4H. As for Mpg It is kind hard to tell if I lost any, as I am Idling the truck a bit more to warm it up before and after leaving work, I drive about 250 miles a week as well.

I will do my best to do a follow up on these tires as time permits, but if anyone is looking for a general all around A/T you may want consider the tire. I payed 156$ per tire, ordered from tires-easy.com 20241208_150708.jpg 20241208_150626.jpg 20241212_042131.jpg

I just ordered a spare (different brand) from Tires-Easy, I'd like to give them a excellent review.

To be fair 500 miles should be trouble free, unless they are defective. Even in the snow, new all terrain tires have lots of thread. Especially in 4hi.

Or did you mean 5,000 miles??

I'm at 45k on mine, still looking pretty good. Will probably buy new tires in 5k miles.

Working on a lien delete for my title…..
I will roll with these again likely and go 265/75 next time. 7500 miles and the tread depth is 9-10/32. Not sure if that’s good or not?

For those of you with some miles on your Rubitreks, how is the road noise as they wear? I have Cooper Discoverer AT3 that were great for the first 30k miles, then started howling to the point that I have to turn the radio way up. It is absurd how loud they got. Anyway, looking for a similar tread/style that doesn't make such awful noise.
