Looking to buy these -- https://factorystylewheels.com/wheel-styles/2022-tac-pro-style-f268/#reviews (once they are back in stock)

Wanted to see if anybody has any experience with them. From my research, it seems that these are OEM styled, but with custom sizes and offsets. Looking to essentially just replace my current stock trd OR rims and re-use the stock goodyear wranglers and worry about new tires once their life runs out -- planning on the 16x8, 0mm

    Thanks

@RIX TUX from what I can find online (eBay and dealerships) a set of the trail edition rims (the look I’m going for) ranged from low 300s to low 400s a rim. So saving about ~$400-$600 going with FSW

Ooooh not terrible. ~$1100 + est of $220 for shipping to me so its about $1320 vs $750 incl free shipping from FSW. Got a 10% off discount from FSW included in that as well.

    my thoughts,
if you damage a wheel it might be impossible to find a replacement
the color, quality, center caps may look different
might have to get other lug nuts
a couple hundred more dollars might be save alot of hassles

Here in Canada I bought TRD Knock off rims from Replika. Free shipping from Canadawheels.ca

$200 CND each. Still look great after 1 winter so far...

Looks like they quit selling many of the Toyota styles for some reason. Bummer.

OP-OEMs the way to go unless your truck is a grocery getter, i have personally seen 2 diff Toyotas crack these wheels in Ocotillo and Anza(could have been the impact, i only rolled up on them swapping in the spares). I personally will not buy knockoff wheels or tires(quality unknown/Chinesium), why risk a 45K vehicle on some cheap shoes? To each is own though

Yup…ended up finding the OEM trail edition wheels locally that some guy took off of his ‘23 and jumped on the deal immediately. Highly recommend.

I went with Konig Countersteer Type X wheels to be honest... had the same concern about quality.

its crazy someone would buy a trail edition and then start selling the trail edition stuff off of it.

ha man I know. He jacked it up and put on some deep dish rims wrapped in rubber bands. Different look, but I appreciate him selling me his take offs lol

To each their own, but the Trail Edition wheels are not attractive in my opinion. Wheels have high offset and are 16" so sub-par tire options vs 17". Although deep dish rims with rubberband tires surely isnt a better look.
