    I have ordered 2 sets of nerf bars from extreme terrain. The first ones weren’t packed well at all and didn’t survive the trip, not even making it to my door.
    My second set, well, when I opened them they weren’t even the item I ordered. I ordered steel nerf bars with a full length step plate by Deegan 38. These were open box, and when they arrived I found a set of aluminum sliders. This was in September. They allowed me to return them, but getting a refund has been a nightmare!!! It’s been just shy of a month and finally may have a resolution this week.

    Has anyone else had this many issues with them?!?

    I purchased $2k in parts, they never sent me a tracking number.

    I finally got a person on the phone after calling every day for a few weeks. She told me that my parts were not in stock, because they don't actually have a warehouse.

    She said that it's the manufacturer is back ordered

    The website said that the parts were in stock, obviously, thats why i made the purchase.

    It took 3 weeks to get my money back.

    It was about 6 weeks from when i ordered, until i got a refund

    i just ordered the Fishbone Maglite mount (https://www.fishboneoffroad.com/products/front-seat-flashlight-mount) from Extreme Terrain because ordering directly from Fishbone was going to cost $17 just for shipping. ordered Sunday, arrived Thursday, tracking provided. looks like it was drop-shipped too, judging by the Fishbone-labeled packing tape.
