i am wanting to put a 10 inch sub between the two back seat. im hoping to make it fit so i can be able to use the seats as well. i am home for the holidays and i dont have my truck if someone would be able to take dimensions of the back seat area between the two seats that would be great!

And exactly how does that help with the OP's question?
He asked for dimensions, not a smart ass response. Nice job. Maybe review the CoC before you post again.

OP...the space in between the jump seats is only 6".

This is what I did so I could still use the jump seats:

It's called self help for the lazy...
if you want to participate in hand holding... have at it.

One could reply as if this has never been done before
but the fact remains... that it has...
and every bit of information pertaining to it, is there, if it's searched

The fact that this poor OP must be missing hands and eyes
means you did your good deed for the day.

If you don't like my reply... move on or put me on your ignore list

Again, you're missing the point. He asked for a measurement between the two seats, not pictures of sub setups. Please, by all means hot shot, show everyone your super searching skills and show us some threads that give measurements between the two rear seats.

You're also missing the point of the forum. It doesn't matter if it's been asked 1 time or 1000 times. YOU can choose to ignore the post and not make a worthless post, or you can make some contribution besides being an asshole.

You can benefit from reading through this.

X3 we're here to help each other if he wanted pictures I'm sure he knows what Google is and going thru the trouble of creating such a smart ass link was rude, disrespectful, and unnecessary.

OP I would recommend dropping the subwoofers in the storage cubbies under the rear seats. They not only allow for two subs for equal and powerful bass, but they are also easily hidden which has an added security factor to it.

jberry813, Are those 10's or 12's in there? Do they sound good in those spaces there? I thought about that just didn't want to do away with that space there. I might have to get me a alum. tool box to put behind the cab and put some speakers there like you did looks good.

They are 10's. I'm not gonna win any competitions, but it serves my purposes perfectly. I dynomatted the inside and outside and sealed up the cracks best I could with foam sealer. Gives a decent thump to an otherwise crappy sound system. I have a couple of pelican cases mounted in the bed for what would be normally stored in the cubby holes.
