Exhaust pop sound on start up

Hello,
I have a 2022 tacoma SR and sometimes on start up I hear a small popping sound from the exhaust. Doesn't happen all the time or everyday just once in awhile. Has anyone else experienced this? Is it a normal occurrence?

Lower it and disconnect your drive shaft.

 

What engine do you have? The 2.7 has been known to make popping sounds on start up.

I swear some people are straight high when they reply on here.

mine pops sometimes.

 

Chill out buddy. It's a meme. Some guy made a thread asking about doing that about a month ago.

My 2.7 would do the little pop/backfire sound at start up. Only during the first cold start of the day. My 4.0 doesn't pop at startup and I kinda miss it :-(

 

mine does that sometimes. my 2020 did it a lot more than my 2021.

 

some people pay extra for that.
