what size is the exhaust where it meets the muffler. If someone were to do a muffler swap would a 2.5 inch diameter be the size? I searched and found mostly 2nd gen info. Thanks
IF I do an exhaust, which I supposedly wasn’t going to do on this truck it will just be a muffler swap.

Look for these at garage sales. Handy for other things too.

The pipe from the flange through the muffler to the tail is is 2.25" and is bigger at the tail pipe 2.5" for the stock exhaust; the TRD cat back may have a larger diameter.

I’d still rather ask the experts, then my muffler shop will have an easier time putting it on. I read it measures 60mm on the second gen, which is right between 2.25 and 2.5 so was seeing what was preferred on the 3rd gen.

    But they need batteries.

That's the diameter of the stock trd off road exhaust after the flange. I got an mbrp 3in cat back on it now. Which bolts right to the flange.

What’s the diameter of the bell tip? Also, what size does it taper down to? Looking to put a aftermarket exhaust tip on.
    Possibly this one: AFE-49T25354-B06
