I've got that awful factory Entune radio and an new Android phone. And you guessed it, I've got an endless reboot loop. On mine this is clearly caused by the bluetooth. I've talked to Toyota Corporate and they will not help. There is a TSB and there is an update, but despite the fact that its a upgrade on a usb drive, they want me to take it to the dealer to diagnose the problem.

Well, after 5 minutes of research on the interweb, the super secret TSB is T-SB-0035-16 (May, 2016) and I need the file 13tDANNA-DA00 0212.kwi for the update. This file is, of course, not available on Toyota's website. So, I am looking for a copy of that file so I can use the radio again. If anyone has it or knows where to get it, could you please let me know? Thanks.

Beautiful. Thank you. And I believe its the one I need (I read the applicable file for my unit wrong in the TSB). Going to try it at lunch with my fingers crossed.
