I have a 2003 Tacoma V6 SR5. On my drive to work this morning I had Codes C1241 (LOW BATTERY POSITIVE VOLTAGE OR ABNORMALLY HIGH BATTERY POSITIVE VOLTAGE) and P0330 (Knock Sensor 2 Circuit, Bank 2) pop up. I have had this battery about six months, and my previous battery was less than a year old before I had to replace it. Do you think it's the alternator? And if I fix the C1241 code, do you think the P0330 code will go away?

First thing I would do is check battery voltage. Check it while the truck is running, and check it while it is not. At idle mine sits around 12.6V I believe, while running it should be atleast 14.2V. It could possibly be your voltage regulator on your alternator as well, although it is weird they both popped up at the same time.
